Cabinet Availability

  • ONLY the display cabinets physically present in our showroom are available for immediate pick-up

  • These items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis

  • All cabinet orders require an assembly time of a week after payment is received

  • Display models cannot be held without payment

Countertop Production Timeline

Vanity Top Sets:

  • Require approximately one week for preparation after purchase

  • This includes sink installation, backsplash, and caulking/adhesive curing

  • Additional side splashes are available for purchase if needed

  • We'll need to know if side splashes should be cut for left or right side installation (depends on which side has a wall)

Custom Countertops:

  • Our countertop cutting services are typically booked at least one month in advance

  • This timeline cannot be expedited and begins only after payment is received

  • Please plan your renovation schedule accordingly

Understanding Estimates

  • Estimates/quotes are provided as a courtesy to help you plan your purchase

  • An estimate is NOT confirmation that your order has been produced or is ready for pickup

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

  • Production of your order begins only after payment has been received and processed

Payment and Production Process

  1. Receive estimate for planning purposes

  2. Submit payment to confirm your order

  3. Our team begins production/preparation of your items

  4. You will be provided with a date for when your order is ready for pickup

Cabinet & Countertop Warranty

Beaverton Kitchen Cabinet & Stone, Inc. provides a limited one-year warranty on our premium solid wood face, plywood box, and solid wood frame cabinets. There is also a limited one-year warranty on our 2cm and 3cm quartz countertops. This warranty is designed to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship of our products.

  • Our warranty covers:

    • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

    • Structural integrity of the cabinet box and frame

    • Hardware functionality and performance

    We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any cabinet components that fail due to:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Structural failures

    • Hardware malfunctions

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by improper installation (not installed by us).

    • Normal wear and tear beyond manufacturing standards

    • Scratches, dents, or damages resulting from customer misuse

    • Accidental damage

    • Modifications or alterations made after purchase

    • Damage from environmental factors or improper maintenance

  • The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of original purchase, and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department with:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Photographs of the defective area

  • This warranty is non-transferable and represents our exclusive warranty for the product. We reserve the right to inspect the cabinets before processing any warranty claim.
